Peace
As I questioned how does one stay in a state of peace? How does one step off the roller coaster of emotions? I was drawn to pick up my father’s favorite book “ Be as you are: The teachings of Ramana Maharishi” by David Goodman. I believe when you ask earnestly and honestly the answer is sure to appear.
“I am” is the truth, the awareness that “I am “ is consciousness and the experience of this consciousness is peace. Staying in a state of this consciousness is uninterrupted peace.

Finally, this understanding has permeated my being.
When you are in a place of turmoil, confusion or indecisiveness and seek peace and calm. Turn inward, take 3 deep breaths soaking in all that is positive and exhaling all that is confusing. Dissociate and watch. Find the stillness within, stay with it and your answer will emerge.
